Arcano's MenuArcano is not a signature cuisine. It's a cuisine of place. At Arcano, the cuisine is born from the place. In a former 17th-century stable in the heart of the Born district, our menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean culinary heritage and ingredients found in old recipe books: almonds, aromatic herbs, aged wines, and sweet and sour contrasts. A cuisine that doesn't seek to break with tradition, but rather to listen to it. Product, time, and balance shape dishes designed to be enjoyed leisurely in a space steeped in history.
